I wish all the Moms out there a very Happy Mothers Day! Mom, we love you so much and for everything you are doing for us we are very grateful !     Dear Kadai, I was looking for some dishes with mushrooms and sort of stumbled upon your blog. Yeah, we all love mushrooms because of its taste and richness and nutrients. In fact, I was looking for varieties to do with mushrooms and your blog has all the elements that one requires to make a great dish with mushrooms. I liked the stuffed potato idea as well. I have never seen mushroom stuffed with potatoes. I am sure they taste well. I will soon try to make the cuisine.
